KNOW BEFORE YOU GO!!
Please note that CTN’s first priority for in person attendance is the health and safety of our visitors and staff. Visitation protocols are put in place to help protect against the spread of COVID-19 as dictated by the CDC. These may change as guidance from the State of California, City of Burbank and Los Angeles County change. Please check back for updates.
Risk: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. CTN follows all applicable public health orders and guidance, but by visiting in person, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. By attending an event produced by the Creative Talent Network or Foundation in Person you agree to this waiver and release. Assumption of Risk Waiver and Release.
Symptom Check: Visitors who are feeling sick or are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms (such as cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, or any other symptoms), or who have had contact with anyone confirmed or suspected of having COVID-19, should stay home, regardless of vaccination status. Please note that visitors displaying COVID-19 symptoms will not be allowed to enter.
CODE OF CONDUCT
CTN is dedicated to providing a harassment-free environment for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment or abusive behavior to anyone including attendees, teachers, and staff. We ask that all participants support this atmosphere. Anyone found to be violating our rules can be expelled at the discretion of organizers without a refund. Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of our staff immediately. Staff will be happy to help attendees contact security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the class. The Code of Conduct is ever-evolving and all feedback is welcome. Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to submit a complaint, or with any conduct-related questions.
