Showroom Details
Venue
Burbank Airport Marriott Hotel
2500 N. Hollywood Way
Burbank, CA 91505
The floor is carpet. You can put your carpet or wood flooring over the top. It is your responsibility to make sure any covering is secure and attendees will not trip or slip. All floor coverings must be approved by show management in advance.
The walls are either hotel air walls or structure walls. The Marriott does not allow any nails, pins, tape or any writing on either the air walls or the structure walls.
The ceiling is 18' and any hanging of banners from the ceiling will need to go through the Marriott Engineering Department. Check with CTN Management to be put in touch with our Event Services Director. Most questions can be answered by CTN.

Showroom Floor Guidelines
All participants are expected to adhere to all City of Burbank, State of California and Marriott hotel laws.

All exhibitors must be up and running by Friday, November 17th at 12 pm
If selling, exhibitors must have submitted all approved permits (if needed). If you are not going to be ready by Friday noon please let show management know otherwise your space may be given away. Subletting is not allowed without show management approval.
Exhibitors shall keep all areas clean and will not nail, screw, or otherwise attach any material to the Marriott walls or posts. No damage of any nature may be done to any part of the exhibit hall.
No exhibit may block or interfere with a neighboring exhibitor. Be a good neighbor.
PG-13 With regards to “adult content” we love and respect our First Amendment rights as much as the next artist, but in order to make this a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, please don’t exhibit anything you wouldn’t want your kids to see.
And all exhibitors have cleared any existing copyrights for all displays.
No Music. CTN is providing music in the hall and any additional “loud” conflicting sound will NOT BE ALLOWED.
No Food or Beverages to Sell. You can not bring in food or beverages to sell.
No Professional Filming. CTN does not allow professional film crews on the premises without advance permission from show management.
Age Policy. This CTN animation eXpo is a professional animation industry event. Although we encourage everyone interested in this community to attend, our policy is that ages 16 and up may attend unless other arrangements have been made with show management.
Shipping and Handling
- This service is handled through the Marriott.
- There is no charge for storage for items stored 3-days prior and 3-days following the event.
- There is a delivery charge by the Marriott for them to bring the items to your space from storage.
- Or you can pick up your items yourself from storage at no charge.
- Any questions go to the Marriott Reservation Front Desk and ask for exhibitor storage help.

What Comes With My Space?
The footprint for a single space is 8’ x 8,’ Double 8’x16’ Island will be 16’x16’
The space comes with:
(1) standard 6’ or 8’ conference table with a black table cloth
(4) chairs, unless other arrangements have been made\
(If you need additional tables and chairs, let us know.)
(4) 4-Day Basic Tickets Included, Exhibitor Access Sticker
Optional Furniture: 30" or 36" round cafe table and cocktail table height.
There are shared electrical outlets. We encourage you to bring 10’-15’ electrical strips.
There is an 8’ black draped wall and 3’ side walls unless other arrangements have been made or if you are in the middle. (Information subject to change. Check with show management)

Exhibitor Tickets and Credentials Check-In
What Comes with My Tickets?
(Unless other arrangements have been made.)
Your ticket is the equivalent of a 4-Day Basic ticket at CTNX 2023. You will be given a sticker to identify you as one of our Exhibitors.
We give priority to attendees for panels and screenings.
Located at the Exhibitor check-in area.
Our theaters are intimate and have limited seating. We give priority to attendees and your ticket gives standby access unless other arrangements have been made.

Complimentary parking during Load In up to 2 hours.
Proceed to exhibitor CHECK IN located at the convention showroom entrance to pick up your badges.
NOTE: If you’re an expo company delivering on behalf of a studio or company we encourage you to take your palettes and cases with you after the installation unless other arrangements have been made.
TRASH: Please remove all trash from the exhibit hall after installation.

Security
CTN does provide a general overnight security guard however CTN is not responsible for items being stolen or broken during your stay with us and we encourage you to get your own trade show liability insurance. We recommend https://www.theeventhelper.com/

Selling
If you plan on selling at CTNX 2023, you are required to get a seller’s permit with the City of Burbank and the State of California.
